Mr. Prober Technology Inc. was founded in 1997 by
a former Electroglas Field Service Engineer, Long
Nim. Mr. Nim has been with Electroglas for over 20
years. We specialize in sales and service of refurbished
Electroglas wafer probers. Our efforts are always
100% and customer satisfaction is what we pride ourselves
in. Mr. Prober Technology Inc. is now the leader in
refurbishing EG2001.
Besides the sales and service of refurbished EG2001
probers, the R & D department in Santa Clara has
developed a vision system that incorporates the latest
PC technology into a low-cost, rugged, rack-mount module
that has been designed for demanding semiconductor applications.
This system called the CK100 and is currently available
in a package that is 100% plug-compatible with Electroglas
cognex-based vision systems, allowing fast accurate
alignment on EG2001, and EG2010 probers.

Since the demand for our superb quality refurbished
probers has risen , we recently expanded our offices
and relocated in March 2000 to satisfy these demands.
Mr. Prober Technology Inc. is now located in Chu-Pei
City, Taiwan and nearby Hsin-Chu Science ??Based Industrial
Park. Our headquarters, located in Santa clara, CA(USA),
supplies most of the parts, new and used, for the EG
2001 probers. |
